A few days ago, I saw with my own eyes four criminals robbing a Bangladeshi in broad daylight at Jalan Silang near Kota Raya. After committing the robbery, they did not run away, but simply strolled casually while flashing their knives for all to see. When criminals become bold, you know something is very wrong with the police. The latter are very good at arresting citizens practising their democratice rights, but downright incompetent at providing public security.
