If i was a suspicious person i'd think that i was being censored. But I shan't because why should i be censored when freedom of speech is the right of all Mankind innit. :)

o.O comment didnt appear

YCC : comparing with Singapore still doesnt answer why should petrol prices be blamed at the government. If the opposition wants credibility, use "im better than you" tactics. If its complained that the Government denies / controls information, opposition/activists should take the moral highground and debate the right issues and not just sentiment.

It is really disgusting to see Anwar pandering on YouTube to a group of Kampung people about how when he was Finance Minister during the years before 1998 that the price of petrol did not go up. And that Voting for him, he will gurantee that petrol prices will fall flat.

Failing to mention that oil prices at that point in time was relatively stable and the asian economy was booming not because he was in ministerial position, but he was there at that point in time.

Whats he going to pay for it with? All the hot air from his lungs? What makes the opposition/activists any better off then the 'corrupt' government if they pander to low blow tactics like that in the first place.

Talk about Corruption, Crime and Accountability. Thats whats rotting this country inside out.

The above can simply be brushed aside by using "comparison" which current govt is fond of.
1.Petrol price compared with Singapore.
(A)BUT What is the Average earnings, what is Malaysia GDP as compared to them.
Malaysia is behind in term of this.
[poster shd put this info in]
(B)Comparing Oil exporters country petrol price with Malaysia.

2.Toll
Corruptions - $ paid to middleman is hidden cost to add on, hence there is a "need" to increase toll rate every yr even though company is still making profits.
(Anwar would know this better, when someone wants him to increase the toll rate)

Crime rate and corruption can hv separate heading (For displaying statistics purposes)

3.Crime rate
The number of police over population ratio is at good level BUT
The current police force is simply misdeployed for other purposes.
(There are statistics on this as well)

Use statistics, it is more convincing (for those urban area voters).

4.Corruption
List down the top 10 corruptions by value.
PKFZ, etc.

eh.. i dont see how petrol prices increasing is related at all to the fault of BN. Petrol prices are subject to world market conditions which has shown sharp increases. Keeping it subsidised at crazy high prices of 70 - 100 USD per barrel crude oil is ridiculous. Crime and corruption is a valid arguement but goods increase also shouldnt be blamed on the government because world market prices such as food has gone up by a lot recently, not forgeting that inflation also drives up prices.
